Registration Fees – 2019/20 Season

Fall-Winter Season 2019/2020 Registration Fees

Register & pay on  March 9th& 10th to get a $10/player discount.

Payment must be received by midnight March 10th in order to receive the $10 discount.  ($10 Discount will be removed from invoice if payment is not received by deadline)

Register in person at Gates Park during the Mini Jamboree March 9th& 10th, 2019 and get a free hot dog and drink.

Fees INCREASE For U8 – U18

Registration Fees will Increase by $75 on May 15th for all U8 to U18 players

Raffle Ticket sales

Every family will be responsible for selling 1 book of PoCo Euro-Rite raffle tickets per player registered at a value of $50/book.

Player Special Requests made when the player is “Registered” will be looked at but NEVER guaranteed.  Any Special Requests made May 15th onward may not be honoured.  A player is only considered registered once payment is received by the club.

Refund & NSF Policy

Refunds

Only those players who register by May 15th will be placed on a team in the pre-determined order of registration (subject to Coach availability). After May 15th, a non-refundable late fee of $75.00 applies, and team placement is not assured.

Refund requests must be made in writing by email to the registrar    registrar@pocosoccer.com

Any requests received after July 1st are subject to review and may be denied. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after October 15th.

Players and parents should be aware that accepting, including verbal, and then subsequently withdrawing from one of the following teams will result in forfeiture of their registration fees:
  • All U13 – U18 teams
  • U11 – U12 Select teams
  • U8 – U10 Development Teams

Players participating in U12 and below age groups, excluding Development and Select players (as stated above), are eligible for refunds (subject to the same contingencies listed above), provided such requests are received in writing.

A written request to the Registrar is required for the return of registration fees. It is club policy that refunds will ONLY be given under extenuating circumstances, or Medical/Injury (Doctors Note Required). Return of the registration fee will be contingent on the following:
  • a $25.00 administration fee
  • a $30.00 cancellation fee
  • prorated amount, based on portion of season elapsed
  • deduction of unrecoverable costs (i.e. District and B.C. Soccer Association Fees affiliation fees, equipment, team pictures, etc.)
  • Uniform Fee ($35.00 for U8 – U12 and $80.00 for U13-U18)
  • return of any outstanding raffle tickets and/or funds

NSF Cheques

NSF cheques are subject to a $25 banking fee with any pricing adjustments added to the invoice.
