Registration Fees – 2020/21 Season

Fall-Winter Season 2020/21 Registration Fees

Register & pay on  March 7th & 8th to get a $10/player discount.

Payment must be received by midnight March 8th in order to receive the $10 discount.  ($10 Discount will be removed from invoice if payment is not received by deadline)

Fees INCREASE For U8 – U18

Registration Fees will Increase by $75 on July 1st* for all U8 to U18 players

Raffle Ticket sales

Every family will be responsible for selling 1 book of PoCo Euro-Rite raffle tickets per player registered.

High Performance Academy

U11/12 Divisions 1 and 2 are supported by our High Performance Academy program.  This includes both Spring and Fall programs for these age groups. This is included in the registration fee.

U13-18 METRO Division teams will have the option to participate in the Fall High Performance Academy (additional fees apply).

Player Special Requests made when the player is “Registered” will be looked at but NEVER guaranteed.  Any Special Requests made May 15th onward likely will not be honoured.  A player is only considered registered once payment is received by the club.

Refund & NSF Policy

Refunds

Only those players who register by May 15th will be placed on a team in the pre-determined order of registration (subject to Coach availability). After May 15th, a non-refundable late fee of $75.00 applies, and team placement is not assured.

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, based on the age group/level of play as follows:

  • All U13 – U18 teams,
  • U11 – U12 Division 1 & 2 teams, and
  • U8 – U10 Development Teams
    • No Refunds.  Players and parents should be aware that accepting, including verbal, and then subsequently withdrawing from one of the following teams will result in forfeiture of their registration fees
  • U6-10 House teams and
  • U11-12 Division 3 teams:
    • Any requests received after July 1st are subject to review and may be denied. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after October 15th.

Refund requests must be made in writing by email to the registrar registrar@pocosoccer.com

It is club policy that exception refunds will ONLY be given under extenuating circumstances, or Medical/Injury (Doctors Note Required).

All returns of the registration fee will be contingent on the following:

  • a $25.00 administration fee
  • a $30.00 cancellation fee
  • prorated amount, based on portion of season elapsed
  • deduction of unrecoverable costs (i.e. District and B.C. Soccer Association Fees affiliation fees, equipment, team pictures, etc.)
  • Uniform Fee ($40.00 for U8 – U12 and $80.00 for U13-U18)
  • return of any outstanding raffle tickets and/or funds

NSF Cheques

NSF cheques are subject to a $25 banking fee with any pricing adjustments added to the invoice.
