A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all approved refunds to cover processing costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted by March 1, 2024. This date is critical for our planning and resource allocation for the upcoming Cascadia Season.
Refunds, excluding the administrative fee, may be granted at the club’s sole discretion prior to the deadline. Factors influencing this decision include player injury or significant family emergencies, supported by relevant documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
No refunds or transfers of the registration fee will be provided if a player is suspended or expelled for misconduct. Our club is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all.
After March 1, 2024
No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2024, as the club allocates resources based on confirmed registrations. If we do not have enough players for a team, your credit card will not be charged as everyone currently sits on a waitlist.
