All team officials (Coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers) must submit an application to the club annually.
Have a valid Police Information Check on file.
The Canadian (CSA) and BC (BCSA) Soccer Associations require all head and assistant coaches to commit to completing educational certification standards for the various age / levels of youth soccer. Courses will be paid by the club.

Applications for U11-U18 Division 1 and 2 are required now.
Applications for all other Divisions should be submitted ASAP.

Only one application is required this season. If you will be coaching multiple teams, there is a section to let us know all of those particulars.
BC Soccer requires every volunteer to obtain a Police Information Check (PIC) and this will be valid for 3 years. If a Police Information Check (PIC) is required, you will receive an email from the club on how to proceed.
These teams can have up to 3 teams officials, coaches and manager.
Per BC Soccer rules – a Police Information Check (PIC), formally Criminal Record Checks, stay on file with the club and are valid for 3 years.
Once you are assigned a team and all of your paperwork has been submitted, you will then be approved to receive your $50 Volunteer incentive* Credit / cheque back for the current season. Coaches volunteers’ incentives are generally paid in December.
